If you clicked on any of those because of the image, then this proves it to you: album cover matters, and no wonder some takes several month to be done, or even to be chosen!
Those are some of my favourites, meaning that it’s up to anyone to like it or not. Yet, they are the one that whenever I have iTunes open and those pops up, I will always click on them just to have a quick look at it. A quick way to set the mood to the song that just started.
I also realised by making this post that album covers are better if high in colour and if matching the whole atmosphere of their content. Better to leave bands members’ faces out of it, or else, they should be stylishly incorporated, like for the Vines album.
And between you and me, musicians are not mannequins.
